Standard booths are 10×10. Power, table cloths, booth lights, and 10×20 upgrades are available as add-ons. Food vendors, including momo vendors, must meet New Hampshire food-service licensing requirements — we'll guide you through them. Submit the form below and our vendor team will respond within 48 hours.

before event day.
Please review these setup requirements before applying. Add-ons can be requested with your booth confirmation, but vendors are encouraged to bring their own setup items whenever possible.

Setup Rules
- All vendors must remain strictly within their assigned booth space to ensure safety and smooth event flow.
- Vendors must supply their own gear unless purchasing the available add-ons.
Vendors should plan to bring the water their operation needs; any event-supplied water is limited backup support.
Food Vendors
- Submit all required permit applications at least 1 month in advance.
- Confirm and follow all New Hampshire-specific health department requirements.
- Arrive early for mandatory health inspections.
- Follow all vehicle-movement restrictions as soon as inspections begin.
